Welcome to Far & Wide IO. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website at www.farandwide.io and the services we provide (collectively, the "Services"). Far & Wide IO is a trade name of Grid Global B.V., a company registered in the Netherlands (KVK number: 84531401), with its registered office in Utrecht and visiting address at Pastoor Ohllaan 39, 3451CB Vleuten, Netherlands.

By accessing our website or purchasing our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

Far & Wide IO provides Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) services, including:

• AI Visibility Report — a digital report analysing how a brand appears in AI assistant recommendations (such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI), covering discovery queries, brand mention analysis, and actionable recommendations to improve AI visibility.
• Full AEO Audit & Strategy — a comprehensive audit of a website's readiness for AI-driven search, including content quality, structured data, E-E-A-T signals, and technical optimisation, with a prioritised action plan.
• Related consulting, advisory, and implementation services as described on the website.

We may update, modify, or expand our Services at any time.

3.1. By placing an order through our website (including via Stripe payment), you make an offer to purchase the selected Service. The agreement is formed once we confirm receipt of your payment.

3.2. AI Visibility Report: The report is generated automatically and typically delivered within minutes of receiving your completed order and payment. In exceptional cases (e.g., high demand or technical issues), delivery may take up to twenty-four (24) hours. The report is delivered electronically as a digital document (PDF or DOCX).

3.3. Full AEO Audit & Strategy: Delivery timeline is agreed upon individually and communicated in writing before the engagement begins.

3.4. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary for delivery of the Services (e.g., brand name, website URL, target queries).

4.1. All prices are as listed on the website at the time of purchase. Prices are quoted in EUR unless stated otherwise.

4.2. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Far & Wide IO does not store your payment card details.

4.3. All prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. The applicable VAT rate will be determined based on your location and business status, in accordance with EU VAT rules.

5.1. We offer a delivery guarantee: if we fail to deliver your AI Visibility Report within twenty-four (24) hours after receiving all required information and payment, you are entitled to a full refund.

5.2. Because the AI Visibility Report is a personalised digital product created specifically for your brand, the right of withdrawal under EU distance selling rules (Article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code) does not apply once the report has been delivered. By placing your order, you acknowledge and agree to this.

5.3. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to hello@farandwide.io within seven (7) days of purchase. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within fourteen (14) business days.

5.4. For Full AEO Audit & Strategy engagements, refund and cancellation terms are as specified in the individual engagement agreement.

6.1. All content on the Far & Wide IO website — including text, graphics, logos, methodology descriptions, and software — is the intellectual property of Grid Global B.V. or its licensors. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or modify any part of our website without prior written consent.

6.2. Upon delivery and full payment, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the delivered report or audit for your internal business purposes. You may not resell, sublicense, or publicly distribute our reports without written permission.

7.1. Our Services are provided "as is." While we use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, we do not guarantee specific business results, traffic increases, or ranking improvements in AI assistant outputs.

7.2. AI assistant recommendations are determined by third-party systems (OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, etc.) over which Far & Wide IO has no control. Changes in AI model behaviour, algorithms, or training data may affect the relevance of our recommendations at any time.

7.3. To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law, the total liability of Grid Global B.V. for any claim arising from or related to our Services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.

7.4. Grid Global B.V. is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, profits, or data.

You agree not to:

• Use our Services or reports for any unlawful purpose.
• Misrepresent the origin or authorship of our reports.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer our audit methodology or proprietary tools.
• Submit false or misleading information in your order.

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders if we reasonably believe these terms have been violated.

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at www.farandwide.io/privacy-policy. By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect upon publication on this page. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent changes were made. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance.

11.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.

11.2. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted for resolution through good-faith negotiation. If no resolution is reached within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent court in Utrecht, the Netherlands.

11.3. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under mandatory EU or national consumer protection law.
